Forgiveness
I am filled with peace as I choose to forgive. There may be times in my life when I feel I have been wronged by family, friends, strangers, or coworkers, but this is a perception that I can either hold on to or change. My perceptions can either pull me down or lift me higher. They can either serve me or limit me – the choice is mine. I choose today to have a positive perception. I choose to focus on the blessings in my life instead of the hurts or anxieties. I choose to adopt

New Resolution
With the New Year comes the infamous New Year’s Resolution. Some will resolve to lose weight, manage their time better, save money, and a host of other things. But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.” – II Peter 3:17-18 Spiritual growth nor spiritual maturity in an aspect of your Christian walks never “just happens,” and as many have already discovered in academia, sleeping with a book un

The Parable of the Unforgiving Servant
“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” — Matthew 6:14-15 We have all been hurt by someone in our life. Perhaps we’re emotionally scarred because of someone else’s actions or words, and those memories are hard to shake out of our minds. And what God requires of us—to forgive—is one of the hardest
